This is The Event Space that Sherwood Park NEEDS!
Not only is The Event Space completely convertible for any type of event, it is beautifully bright, open and able to be cozy and intimate at the same time.
This space is great for any kind of workshop, birthday party, yoga/meditation class or special event. Having two separate spaces allows clients to feel like they have room to breathe without feeling too separate from the guests. The built-in bar is great for hosting any event.

What is included with your booking?
- 2300 square feet of event space divided into two rooms (both included in the rental)
- South Facing Windows with daylight as long as the sun is up
- 100 person capacity
- 10 round top cocktail tables able to be dinner or bar height, 10 stools, 25 white folding chairs, 2 6’ folding tables, 2 4’ folding tables
- 4 table white linens, 10 champagne sheer runners, 5 black sequin tablecloths
- Kitchen with fridge, counter space, sink and microwave (able to be used for catering), bar, 2 bathrooms.
- Built in Sonos Speakers available for use
Pricing:
- 1 Room for $125 per Hour (2 Hour Minimum)
- 2 Rooms for $175 per Hour (2 Hour Minimum)
- 1 Room for $625 Half Day (up to 6 Hours)
- 2 Rooms for $750 Half Day (up to 6 Hours)
- 1 Room for $925 Full Day (up to 12 Hours)
- 2 Rooms for $1500 Full Day (up to 12 Hours)
Don’t have time to set up or take down? We got you covered.
- Set up is $100 includes set up tables, chairs and Event Space decor.
- Take down is $100 includes take down of tables, chairs and Event Space decor.
Damage & Security Deposit are required upon booking.
Access to the Event Space is 15 minutes prior to the time booked.
Preferred Vendor List with discounts available upon booking.
Availability – Rentals from October to May only, Weekday and Weekend Rentals available
Some days may be excluded.
